SANDUSKY — The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Erie County is reaching out to local faith leaders to attend a Saturday luncheon on mental health services.
The luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Erie County Health Department Conference Room. The purpose of the event is to have an inclusive discussion among faith leaders regarding mental health and substance abuse in our community.
The ADAMHS board wants to work with various stakeholders across our community to better serve our residents. It understands the importance of our faith institutions and leaders and wants to hear about the issues occurring across Erie County. The board also hopes to provide support and resources to faith leaders to better equip them to assist the congregation with mental health and substance use disorders.
